Turtle perpetrator
The status is the exact coordinates, the mathematical course and the position of the pen; the canvas only visualizes the calculation.

Repeat and Geometry
External angle
For the correct n-coefficient, the turn after the side is 360° / n.
Lock
The sum of the external roundabouts is equal to the total turnover of 360°.

The feather raised does not prohibit movement: coordinates change, but a portion is not added.
Auto-scale
The model keeps world coordinates, and the canvas picks up the scale. The exit from the screen does not distort the answer.
