One document - four skills
Pick a story: a memo, a mini-report, a course navigator, or editorial editing. Do a job in an accessible text editor, not in this training model.
Mandatory outcome
Save the edited source. If the teacher asks for the final reading, export an additional PDF. Do not replace the source with a screen shot.
Safe material
Use the educational plot or fictional data, don't publish the address, phone, passwords, identity documents and student data.
There's a name, at least two meaningful headlines and a consistent structure.
There's a numbered or multi-level list chosen in terms of meaning.
There is a table with at least three rows of data, column names and understandable units.
There's a column, a page number, or a conscious explanation why a one-page document doesn't need it.
References, bookmarks or table of contents help to move to the section if the document is longer than one page.
The file name is clear, the source is saved and the final document is rereaded before delivery.
It's a self-check item, not an automatic file evaluation.
