Scenario, notes and display

Содержание и основные понятия

01
Three slide scripts
1. Question
The title slide calls the problem and the target.
2. Evidence.
One slide shows data, diagram or comparison, not the entire report.
3. Conclusion
The last slide answers the question and suggests the next step.
02
Notes and rehearsals
Notes by the Rapporteur
An example, a transition, and an explanation to a number, do not duplicate the entire screen in small print.
Rehearsal
Check the time, distance row, slide order, and backup in case the media doesn't open.
Collect slides to Alterna Office
03
Checkboards, links and animation
Swordboard and sample
The template sets agreed fonts, colors, and models. Change the subject for the entire presentation, not write each slide manually.
Hyperlink
The link can lead to a web source, a file or a specific slide. Check it in display mode and prepare a back-up path without a network.
Animation by Meaning
Animation shows order or change. One calm effect is better than a set of randoms; sound and auto-start should not interfere with accessibility.
Interactive presentation:
Create a menu of three buttons, connect them to the partitions and add a return button to each section. This route checks hyperlinks and non-linear navigation.
