The test checks out whether you understand the formulas and the data. The real skill is shown when you create and test the page in the program. So the evaluation consists of an eight-minute version and a transparent line of practice.

Practical work in the table

Open Excel, LibreOffice Calc or Google Tables. Create a page with columns "Article", "Plan", "Fact", "Reject" for five school events. This page cannot check the created file: use the entry and show the list to the teacher.
The table has understandable headings and at least five rows of data; the amounts have a unit of measurement.
The "Rejection" column contains the formula for the first line, and then it is correctly copied down.
The general plan and the general fact are calculated by the function of the sum, not by manual input.
A filter or sorting was used to answer the question: where did the fact exceed the plan?
An appropriate chart or a written explanation is provided as to why a table is sufficient for this question.
One formula is checked manually, the file is saved with an understandable name.
It's a self-check item, not an automatic file evaluation.
